Kamma Global Federation (KGF) is committed to ensuring fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations, especially as digital payments are becoming more common. We understand that a donation may be made in error or that donors may change their minds after contributing. KGF expects that donors will exercise due diligence and care while making donations.

Refund Policy Guidelines:

1. Request for Refund
KGF will review each request for a refund on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to process it. However, KGF is not obligated to refund donations and may, at its discretion, decline refund requests, especially if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued for the donation.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund of your donation, please contact KGF in writing or via email within 5 days of making the donation. Your request must include the reason for the refund, and the details mentioned below. Requests for refund should reach KGF within 5 days from the date on which the donation was made, i.e.:
– The date on which you made the donation online, electronically, or through other means, OR
– The date you handed over the cheque/demand draft to KGF or its authorized representatives, OR
– The date you dispatched the cheque/demand draft to KGF by other means.

3. Information to be Provided
In your request for a refund, please include the following information:
– Date of donation
– Donation amount
– If the donation was made via cheque/demand draft, please provide the Cheque/Draft number.
– If the donation was made via credit card, provide the last four digits of the card used.
– If the donation was made online, please provide the Donation ID.

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
